Stephen L. Stincer

Stephen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2000. He then attended law school at Mercer University and graduated in 2003. Stephen has been practicing law in Savannah for 23 years. From 2003 to 2007, Stephen worked for an insurance defense firm where he represented hospitals, doctors and professionals in malpractice cases. In 2007, Stephen decided that he wanted to represent Plaintiffs and he worked for a Plaintiff’s firm for 5 years where he litigated cases for plaintiffs and injured workers. In 2012, Stephen opened his own firm, where he also litigated cases for plaintiffs and injured workers for 5 years. Prior to joining the Brown Firm, Stephen was the managing attorney for an in-house insurance company, where he practiced insurance defense litigation for 8 years.
When he’s not at the office, Stephen enjoys watching his two boys Hatcher and Hollis play golf, basketball, baseball and football. Stephen also loves watching the Georgia Bulldogs, grilling, cooking, playing golf and traveling with his wife, Morgan.
