I met with Harry Brown personally and he sat with me for 20 minutes at our initial consultation to explain everything. He even called after my surgery to see how I was doing. I met with him several more times after that and was kept informed about my case throughout. I highly recommend Harry Brown as an attorney.

Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia

Accidents involving pedestrians pose a serious threat. They frequently result in more severe injuries than other types of accidents because a car can harm an unprotected person so severely even when moving slowly. Nearly all pedestrian collisions result in injuries, and many even cause fatalities.

Accidents involving pedestrians are handled by the law in the same way that car-on-car collisions are. The right to seek compensation for losses is available to accident victims and their families.

Even though they typically have the right of way, pedestrians can still cause accidents. Pedestrians who cross the street illegally or abruptly and without warning may be partially or entirely at fault for the collision, even if they are the ones who suffered the most severe injuries.

Because drivers have a responsibility to be alert and yield to pedestrians, it is usually determined that the driver of the vehicle was at least partially to blame for the pedestrian accident.
