I met with Harry Brown personally and he sat with me for 20 minutes at our initial consultation to explain everything. He even called after my surgery to see how I was doing. I met with him several more times after that and was kept informed about my case throughout. I highly recommend Harry Brown as an attorney.

Single-Vehicle Accidents in Georgia

Accidents involving just one vehicle and one driver are referred to as single-vehicle accidents. Most often, a single-car accident happens when a car hits another object or is pushed off the road.

Despite the absence of any other vehicles, a single-car collision can still be extremely dangerous or even fatal.

Numerous legal issues arise in single-vehicle collisions. It can be challenging to determine who was at fault in an accident, even when there is only one vehicle involved.

It’s possible that someone else’s negligence contributed to the accident. For example:

-Drivers may find it challenging to maintain control of their cars on bad roads, which raises the possibility of an accident. Defects include things like seams, potholes, and construction materials left on the ground. The individual or group in charge of the issue may be held accountable if poor road conditions contributed to your accident.

-Even if another driver’s car did not hit yours directly, they might still be responsible for the mishap. Any damages and injuries you sustain may be the other driver’s fault if they were reckless and caused your car to veer off the road.

-Driving a car can present a number of challenges due to mechanical issues. The driver may be killed when a car’s brakes, steering columns, tires, wipers, and airbags malfunction. Serious injuries can occur when people’s cars don’t function properly.

These are only a few of the numerous potential outcomes that can result in a single-vehicle accident for which the driver is not at fault.
