I met with Harry Brown personally and he sat with me for 20 minutes at our initial consultation to explain everything. He even called after my surgery to see how I was doing. I met with him several more times after that and was kept informed about my case throughout. I highly recommend Harry Brown as an attorney.

Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia

Accidents involving pedestrians are extremely dangerous. They are typically more severe than other accidents because a car can harm an unprotected person severely even at a slow speed. The likelihood of pedestrian fatalities increases as a result. Almost all accidents involving pedestrians result in injuries, and many of them result in wrongful deaths.

Pedestrian accidents are investigated and handled in the same way that car accidents are. Accident victims and their families are legally entitled to seek monetary compensation for any losses incurred as a result of the accident.

Despite having the right of way, pedestrians are occasionally held liable for accidents. Pedestrians who cross the street illegally, unexpectedly, and without warning may be partially or entirely to blame, even if they suffer severe injuries as a result of the collision.

If the pedestrian caused the collision, the driver of the car may be entitled to compensation for accident-related expenses such as car repair costs.

When a vehicle hits a pedestrian, the driver is almost always found to be at least partially at fault. This is due to the fact that drivers are responsible for keeping an eye out for pedestrians.
